had a pretty chill stay for 5 nights in my single room en suite courtyard. really liked having my own entrance to the room. The private shower was super handy. everything in the room was well set up, like tea/coffee stuff, tv, and even a hairdryer. it was small but cozy and perfect for a solo traveler. also, the location was great, close to the waterfront and city center.
but the parking situation was a bit tricky at times and finding a spot near the hotel was tough. the bed could've been a bit comfier for my liking, felt a lil solid.

This place had easy access to the main road into Lincoln. My room felt spacious and very clean, which I appreciated. A lovely walk along the waterfront led to the town center, just 15 minutes away. I also enjoyed the convenience of free parking with a permit. that was a plus. Staff greeted me warmly, but things got a bit tricky at check-out. there seemed to be some disorganization. I expected a full English breakfast but only continental was available. It would’ve been nice to have more breakfast options. While the room was comfy, the noise from nearby students got a bit disruptive at 3 AM. I had a pleasant stay, but a few adjustments could improve the experience significantly.

The beef dishes around Lincoln are a treasure! Stopped by Feng Food for some top-notch Chinese, and The Barge served a wicked burger that'll have you coming back for more. Also loved the cozy atmosphere in my Double Room En Suite.
But let’s be real, the bathroom felt like a squeeze for anyone on the larger side! No ventilation meant there was some funky moisture hanging around, and towel hooks weren’t really in the most practical spot. Mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, felt like I was sleeping in a cloud without a proper support.

The bathroom could've used a towel hook.

The single room en suite courtyard had a comfy bed and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Facilities included a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and a microwave. A desk for work. The room was clean and recently decorated, with good heating. There’s even a courtyard for fresh air and relaxation after a long day.

My stay in the Double Room En Suite was pretty awesome! The room was super clean and had a nice modern vibe. The kitchenette was handy for making snacks and stuff, which I loved. But the mattress was a bit soft for my taste, like sleeping in a marshmallow. the bathroom felt a little cramped, could’ve used more space for everything. a cozy vibe but a few tweaks wouldn't hurt.
